History of Derek Albert

I was born in London shortly before the second world war. I was originally a classically trained pianist until my early teens, then I was in demand as a session player for the recording industry. I played in several bands, often at the same time!

I now live on the Costa del Sol, and often fly back to the UK. to record on other artists albums or perform in concerts, as well as recording my own albums.
