Nils "nilsemann" Solli

Nils was borned in Porsgrunn, a small town in Norway. For the past twenty years he has been performing his countrymusic in addition to traditional irish folk all over Norway.
Nils plays guitars, mandolin, bass, keyboards etc and so forth, an is in addition to being a great vocalist quite busy writing songs. The music contained in this site is merely a small part of his work, and more will come.

History of Nils "nilsemann" Solli

Listening to Elvis Presley and countrymusic as a kid, nilsemanns musical preferences were early set. A demo with a selfwritten song was recorded on a whim, got airplay at a local radiostation, got picked up by a local musician, and the rest is history. Nils has played solo, in a couple of duo's, a trio, and was for a brief periode the leadsinger in the norvegian rock'n'roll band "Danny and the young ones"
These days Nils focuses more on his songwriting, but still does 40-50 gigs a year, mostly for the fun of it
