YOUNG & DUMB Reality TV star Ross O'Keeffe (AKA Rizzler The Rapper) exploded on to our screens in TV3's latest thriller reality series "Young Dumb And Living Off Mum" (A Straywave Production). It was a huge hit in The UK (See TV3.ie for details). Take eight 'difficult' teenagers who are chucked out of home to learn to fend for themselves, they are given Apprentice type tasks to complete and will be judged by the mothers. In short, the next 6 weeks might have you screaming at the TV?, even spitting nails, but its humour is a much-needed anti-dote to those banging on and on about the recession. In Young and Dumb you'll hear some bizarre conversations, hilarious one-liners and see real life jaw dropping drama as the series unfolds ( X Factor meets the Apprentice set in a Big Brother type House)... tabloid journalists will have a field day. However, the true stars of this series are the teens' mums! History of Rizzler

In August of this year Sunday World journalist Eugene Masterson contacted Writersbox Records Producer Ed Darragh (Currently No.1 Myspace Blues Charts IRL with 'Melody of Love' and Chart Topping Maniac 2000 Mark McCabe) and hit maker Ken Drakeford (HeadboXX Feat. Niamh Collins & Dizasteroid)...to know if they would audition The Rizzler (Ross) to see if he had what it takes to be a writer and rapper. Ed auditioned and interviewed The Rizzler (Ross) on the phone and instantly booked him into studio with Ken to start working on his debut album. However... The Rizzler forgot to mention that his Mum (Jermaine) had entered him into the Young and Dumb show; initially to give herself a break from her 'wayward' son. So he was whisked off mid recording session to do the show....without giving too much away...all will be revealed across the next 6 weeks....The Rizzler (Ross O'Keeffe) wrote some incredible 'rap lyrics' while he was in the house and has proved to be a truly gifted writer and a phenomenally hard worker....His Debut Album The Rizzler has three killer tracks written already including; "D'Ambitious", "Nice Guy In A Tie" and "Sweet Revenge".
