David Says "I am just an ordinary working class person who lives in a small mining village on the Notts/Derby border.
I've always had an interest in songwriting since I was about eleven years of age but the serious side of songwring did'nt come out until around 1990 when I was in my late 30's.
During that time I was involved with the district Arts Project, writing and performing at open mic nights and other live shows.
I was also a part of a busking group performing at district gala's.
Performing my songs have always given me a great pleasure, and even a greater pleasure if those listening enjoyed them.
Unfortunately I have not performed live for the past few years. I have be concentrating on re-writing and re-arrangement of my older songs."
